Ms. Martin is a Marketing and Business Development professional with over 30 years of experience and expertise in the areas of technology transfer, seed- and early-stage investing, strategic planning, mentoring, company branding and analysis, program management, government contracting including proposal preparation and execution. Ms. Martin has an outstanding level of experience and expertise working with a wide variety of stakeholders (for profit, non-profit, local, state, regional, and federal), a strong expertise in scouting opportunities for collaborative partnerships, has served as a National Science Foundation (NSF) SBIR/STTR Phase II Commercialization Plan Reviewer, and is an accomplished Facilitator of seminars and workshops.

Ms. Martin also has significant experience in developing and growing business through long-term relationships.
